This website (www.myopenguild.com) is set up by Clear Guild, LLC (Holding). Anybody that views or uses this website should be aware of the following provisions. These provisions shall constitute a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “customer”, “users”) and Clear Guild, LLC. ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”). Clear Guild preserves the right to amend or update these provisions at any time without notification, and such revised provisions have the same binding force.

Accepted Payment Methods

All customers can pay at the time of purchase with credit/debit cards by using the Credit Card payment option. Clear Guild accepts a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards. Clear Guild accepts most major credit cards and debit cards. You can add a completely new payment card or change your existing payment details.

Tax exempt organizations

Clear Guild collects tax unless we have a tax exemption certificate on file for your account, or you are purchasing from a state that does not collect state or local sales tax. The exact amount of tax will be included in your subscription confirmation.

Tax exempt?

Simply send your tax exemption certificate to our tax department and, once we receive it, any tax charged to your account will be credited.

Avoiding Payment Scams

Protect yourself from fraud on the internet by identifying and avoiding internet scams and phishing attempts.

When in doubt, ask the intended recipient for more information about the purpose and safety of the requested payment. Don't send the payment until you're comfortable with the transaction.

The user agrees to use the services provided by Clear Guild, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only. Clear Guild may, at its sole discretion, assign any or all of its rights under these terms to its affiliates without any intimation or consent of the user.
